OVERALL

I never want to leave Cape Cod, I love it here SO much!  I’m honestly going to be so sad when we have to head back to New York.

This week was great despite the couple of rainy days we had.  We made some new friends at the Marathon Sports Run Club, got out for a few paddles and had a great long run!  Jason’s been starting to build up his mileage since he’ll be doing the Dumbo Double Dare with me in a few weeks so he joined me for my last 5 miles on Saturday.

I’m looking forward to checking out some of the running routes my new Cape Cod friends told me about for my upcoming long runs!

NEXT WEEK

I LOVE my stand up paddle boarding in the summer!

  1. The summer is a great time to explore different activities!! I”m so impressed with the SUP!! That’s got to take so much balance!

  2. I would just like to say that I am super jealous and wish I could spend the summer on Cape Cod! Sounds like you’re having a blast, and getting in plenty of awesome cross-training. I do karate year-round, but in the summer, I definitely spend more time on my bike!
