Running a half marathon is something I NEVER thought I would do, but I did it and now there is a lot more I want to do too!

This is where I’ll keep a list of things I’d like to learn, do or accomplish to help me grow as a person!

  1. I love this list and that something is checked off already. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone had at least a list of ten things that they wanted to do? I think I’m going to follow your lead and start my own list.

    • Thanks Tam! I’d love for you to write a guest post or two for the blog, I think your fitness experience is a great story to share! You can post your goals list too if you want, once you put it out there for people to see it makes you really want to stick to it!

  6. Love these goals! And you can SO reach all of them. I believe that there is power in writing your plans out and letting your subconscious work while you move forward. Learning to knit is also on my list! I can’t wait to check back to see you succeed!

Leave a Thought!
