Tuesday – 3 mile run

Wednesday – 3 miles speed work (FTC)

Thursday – taught 90 minute SUP Yoga

Kingman Yacht Club

Friday – rest day

Saturday – 15 mile run

Glad to have Jason & Kyle’s company for the first half of my long run!

Beach run with kyle

Sunday – 3 mile run

Weekly Mileage –  24 miles

2015 Mileage – 480 miles

**NOTE:  I’m going to go back to listing my “Next Week” workouts to try to help keep me accountable now that I’m back to training for something.  I’ve unfortunately been getting lazy and viewing my runs as more of a “suggestion” rather than an actual training plan!**

Next Week

Monday – 3 mile run

Tuesday – teach SUP Yoga

Wednesday – speed work (Falmouth Track Club)

Thursday – teach SUP Yoga

Friday – teach 1 hour aqua yoga

Saturday – all day Cape Cod Love Yoga Festival!

I’m so excited to be attending this local yoga festival!  I’ll be attending some great workshops and classes with both international and local teachers – I can’t wait!

Sunday – Falmouth Road Race

Towards Finish Line

2013 Falmouth Road Race – one of my favorite race pictures ever!

One of my favorites! I can’t wait to share this race with all my Cape Cod friends and some out of towners who are coming up for the race!

Overall

My running felt much better this week and I was glad to finally have a decent/ good long run.  That being said between school, work and teaching yoga I haven’t gotten to a yoga class myself in over 2 weeks which is definitely frustrating!

My focus as I head into some longer training runs is staying hydrated and making foam rolling & rolling my feet a daily a priority, I notice such a different when I’m doing it regularly!  Fortunately I was recently sent this new Addaday roller through BibRave which I can take on the go for some rolling – full review coming soon!

Adadday Beach

Do you have a favorite race you look forward to each year?

I can’t wait for the Falmouth Road Race!
