RECAP (9/9-9/15)

Monday – rest day / taught 1 hour yoga class

Tuesday – 90 minute yoga class

Wednesday – rest

Thursday – rest

Friday – 3 mile run 

Saturday – 90 minutes yoga on the beach…

Beautiful morning for yoga on the beach!

…followed by the Cape Cod Beer Brewery Tour with my friend Pat!


(Figured a morning of yoga & beer was a good exchange for making Pat help me with my physics homework that afternoon!)

Sunday – 10 mile run

Yoga – 3 hours yoga

Weekly Mileage –  13 miles

2013 Mileage – 544 miles


Definitely not as much running as I would have liked, but glad I got in a good longer run this weekend – even better it was along the Cape Cod coast with my running buddy Pat!

Looking forward to getting back into a regular yoga routine too!


Wish I could practice on the beach everyday!

NEXT WEEK (9/16-9/22)

Goal – Yoga 2 to 3 times and finish off the week with a strong 20 miler!

  1. Your workouts on the Cape leave me very envious! The weather was perfect for running now that the temperatures are dropping now that fall is on the horizon!

  2. Instead of grasshopper it should be pretzel, and you make all the poses look so easy. Soooo proud of you both. (you & Jason) Can’t believe you got that man running! On another note did you guy’s ever go to the restrant Gallo Nero in Rocky Hill when you lived there?
