RECAP (7/22-7/28)
Monday – 90 minute yoga on the beach class
Tuesday – 90 minute SUP yoga class
Wednesday – 2 hour SUP
Thursday – 90 minute yin yoga class & 3 mile run w/ Jason
Friday – rest day
Saturday – 1.5 hour SUP & 3 mile run
My dad came up for the day so we had fun spending the day at the beach and paddling with him!

Sunday – 30 minutes SUP & packing/ cleaning to leave Cape Cod : (
Yoga – 4.5 hours
Weekly Mileage – 6 miles (Monday’s miles were included in last week’s totals)
2013 Mileage – 385 miles
OVERALL
Since it was our last full week at Cape Cod I definitely sacrificed my running for some extra paddleboard & beach time! I’ll have to make up the long run I had scheduled for the weekend sometime this week.
And if you missed this on Instagram I had another close call with the Turkey-dactyls…at least this time I was in a car!
NEXT WEEK (7/29-8/4)
Gotta catch up on my running if I’m going to be anywhere near ready for Marine Corp! Excited about all the runDisney info coming out for Disneyland – maps, corrals, etc. I can’t believe it’s only a month away!
Glad you got to spend time with your dad! I don’t blame you for going light on training while you’re on vacation. You totally have time to make it up!
