Monday – 30 minutes yoga

Tuesday – 3 mile run (Marathon Sports run club)

Wednesday – 30 minutes elliptical  

Thursday –  4 miles New Year’s Day Resolution Run & bRUNch!

Friday – 2 mile beach walk with friends

Beach Walk

Saturday – 6 mile run

Sunday – stretch & foam roll

Weekly Mileage –  13 miles

OVERALL

What a great way to start off the New Year!  Honestly, all New Year’s Day when we were out bRUNch-ing with friends, Jason and I kept saying to each other how different our lives were from last year and how happy we are to be living on Cape Cod!

We’re both tapering and packing to head to Walt Disney World later this week for Marathon weekend and I can’t tell you how excited we are!  We have a busy few days – we head down to Florida on Thursday night, Friday we’ll be heading to the expo, Saturday and Sunday are race days and then Monday is Jason’s birthday!

I also just received this fun package from Nite Ize and I’m looking forward to testing out some of the products this week at run club and on our trip!  I’ll be posting a review sometime after I get back from Florida!

  1. Have a blast running the Goofy Challenge. I am a bit sad we won;t be going to FL later this week, but on a high note, I am running 12 miles of the Boston Marathon course on Saturday with my sister!
