Saturday – 20 mile run (12 miles for Jason!)

What an incredible day for a long run – 45 degrees and sunny in December!  We had a great run on our local path that brought us through cranberry bogs, marsh land and along the water!Cranberry Bog RunThen we took a short recovery walk down to the beach!

2014 Mileage – 732 miles

OVERALL

What a great week!  A relaxing Christmas with my family followed up by great last long runs for both Jason and I!  Now that the holidays are past I feel like we’re both getting really excited about Marathon Weekend – we’re finalizing all our plans and getting eager to start packing!

  1. So jealous y’all got to test the Garmins. I got a Forerunner 10 but got the flu Christmas day. I’ve only set up the language, distance and my run/walk intervals.

    • I couldn’t wait to get mine charged and out on a run! I’d love to hear how you like the Forerunner 10 – I had been looking at that one at one point, but decided to go with the 220.

  2. Be sure to keep updating your watch through the Garmin website. I thought mine was broken and in actual fact, there are periodic updates that will keep it current. I now absolutely love my 220!
