OVERALL
I didn’t get to any yoga classes, but I certainly can’t complain about the last two weeks! I had a great trip out to California that included two awesome races and finished up with a strong 18 miles this morning!
NEXT WEEK (9/9-9/15)
Looking forward to getting back to yoga and cooler temperatures as I really focus on my Marine Corp Marathon training for the next few weeks!
Wow, great long run today. You and Christine will be ready for the MCM. By the way, your photo from the 10k race is really cute!
Thanks Pam, I love our pictures from the 10k, I can’t wait to get a few printed out and framed!
Great job getting the 18 miles in! You’ll rock the marathon! If/when I start training for a marathon, I’ll have to ask you for good spots to do the long runs 🙂
Haha, I have to admit I HATE running in New York! I usually try to plan my longest runs around when I’m going to be at the Cape or at my mom’s in Massachusetts (like I was yesterday for the 18!). I need to find some good NY places for long runs too, around me is so boring!
P.S. – WHEN, not IF : )
lol yes ma’am! 🙂
