2014 Mileage – 675 miles
Even though my 16 mile run last weekend didn’t exactly go as planned, I still decided to stick to my original plan of making this weekend a cut back weekend. I figured if my body is telling me it needs a bit of a break then I should give it to it and we’ll get back to those double digits next weekend!
On the running front, Jason did awesome in both his first 5k race (under 28 min!) and his first nine mile run!
Since we’ve moved to the Cape I’ve been TERRIBLE about getting to yoga and doing any cross training – I’m hopeful that’s going to chance soon since starting this week I’ll have a membership to a gym!
I don’t know about you, but it’s starting to feel like Christmas around here!
We even did some decorating at our little place!
(We don’t have a fireplace so we hung our stockings on the stairs!)
Wait a minute. Aren’t you the YOGA TEACHER??? The yoga teacher who’s presently NOT getting her zen on????? Am I making you feel guilty yet? 🙂
Ugh I know…it’s been making me CRAZY!! I really miss practicing I just need to find/ make the time!
I’ve got decorations up at work, so my office is quite festive. Home, not so much. I do have my tree and a fake poinsettia on top of a bookcase. Anything else would receive the wrath of the cat.
We haven’t pulled out our stockings yet. Need to do that! We usually put up a tree but aren’t this year for various reasons. It’s kind of sad. Maybe we’ll do a mini tree…
