RECAP (3/17-3/23)

Monday – 20 x 25m swim (alternating laps of free & breast strokes) & 20 minute stationary bike


Tuesday – 3 mile run, 30 minutes elliptical & foam rolling

Wednesday – 75 minute yoga class & 30 minutes elliptical

Thursday – 3 mile walk 

Friday – rest day 

Saturday – 13.1 New York (recap coming tomorrow!)

Half Marathon PR

Sunday –  rest day

Weekly Mileage –   16 miles

2014 Mileage – 155 miles 


This week was great workout wise!  I finally got to the pool and swam (and hopefully I’ll keep it up!), I took it easy on the running so my legs would feel fresh for my weekend half marathon and I (TOTALLY UNEXPECTEDLY!) came away with over a 4 minute PR!
