Friday – Disney Family Fun Run 5k, prep for Goofy races (yoga, foam rolling, etc.)
Saturday – Walt Disney World Half Marathon (full recap coming soon!), recovery for the full marathon (yoga, stretching, foam rolling, etc.)
Sunday – Walt Disney World Full Marathon (full recap coming soon!)

Overall – I can’t believe it’s over! I’ll have re-caps of the half and full marathons over the next few days, and I’ll be sharing my recovery plan that I used between races…it worked great, I wasn’t sore at all going in to the full!
NEXT WEEK (1/14-1/)
What does one do after tackling the Goofy Challenge?? It will mostly be a recovery week, I’m looking forward to a few yoga classes and maybe a short run or two.

Every time you talk about foam rolling after the race, I want to know if you actually brought your foam roller with you, but I feel dumb asking it
Yup, packed my foam roller right in my suitcase! Takes up a decent bit of room even though the one I have is relatively small, it’s totally worth brining for a full marathon though!
