Overall – I can’t believe it’s over!  I’ll have re-caps of the half and full marathons over the next few days, and I’ll be sharing my recovery plan that I used between races…it worked great, I wasn’t sore at all going in to the full!

NEXT WEEK (1/14-1/)

What does one do after tackling the Goofy Challenge??  It will mostly be a recovery week, I’m looking forward to a few yoga classes and maybe a short run or two.

  1. Yay! Congrats again! And yes please for the recovery plan! And the recaps too obviously lol

    Every time you talk about foam rolling after the race, I want to know if you actually brought your foam roller with you, but I feel dumb asking it :/

    • Yup, packed my foam roller right in my suitcase! Takes up a decent bit of room even though the one I have is relatively small, it’s totally worth brining for a full marathon though!
