Sorry I’ve been MIA for awhile, but I really didn’t have time to blog while I was at Kripalu for the Teaching Yoga to Athletes workshop! It was SUCH a great experience though and I learned so much that I can’t wait to share!
That being said, I came home so enthusiastic and motivated I was inspired to get to work on setting up a separate yoga specific website/ blog, something I’ve been meaning to do for awhile but sort of kept procrastinating on.
So, I am excited to share with you DanielleNardiYoga.com!
It’s still a work in progress, but I really like the way it looks so far (it even has me inspired to maybe re-design this blog too soon!). If you’re at all interested in yoga I’d love if you popped over for a minute and gave me some feedback!
So, what’s the purpose of this second site?
I consider DanielleNardiYoga.com to be more of a “professional” site. Somewhere my yoga students can find my class schedule, learn about upcoming workshops and events and where I’ll share yoga specific content. I found that when I posted yoga content here on Live, Run, Grow it got the least amount of interest of any of my posts, so I figure why not give it it’s own home! (Don’t worry though – I will continue to share any “Yoga for Runner’s” content here as well though!)
