First of all, apologies for being totally MIA for the past couple of weeks. I’ve admittedly been totally cranky and just not in the mood to blog. But, with Dumbo less than 3 months away and NYCM 5 months from today it’s time to get back on track with running, blogging, and a few other things in my life!

Headed to Cape Cod for a few days! The weather wasn’t great, but I was able to get our place up there opened up and cleaned so it’s ready to go for the summer! Can’t wait to get back up there!
Tuesday – 3 mile run
Wednesday – rest day
Thursday – 90 minute yoga class & 3 mile run
Friday – none
Saturday – none
Jason finally had a day off, so we took a bunch of walks with Madison!
Walk time ended with bath time since she decided to roll in a huge pile of new mulch and came out a little stinky (although I’m pretty sure she thought she smelled lovely!).
Sunday – 90 minute yoga class
Weekly Mileage (2 weeks) – 15 miles
2014 Mileage – 238 miles
OVERALL
My NYCM training plan begins this week so it’s time to start to focus on my running again!
On Saturday Jason and I stopped by North Shore Animal League to check out their Annual 36 Hour Adopt-a-thon event! It made me to happy to see so many pets meeting their forever families!
With 5 months to go until the New York City Marathon I am just $25 away from being halfway to my fundraising goal! I am so thankful for the support I have received so far, it’s amazing to see donations coming from so many different people in my life!

Oh my goodness, what a face!
Welcome back to training! That photo of Madison might by my favorite on yet!
I love her face. She worked so hard to smell like that and then you had to bathe her. Good luck with training.
OK, next time I’m in your neighborhood, I HAVE to meet Madison! I cannot resist that cutie! And I promise I won’t try and take her home with me…
I can’t believe Dopey is coming up so soon! That pup doesn’t look to be enjoying it’s bath time, haha! Way to keep up with your yoga! Speaking of which….you may like my post from today 😉
haha the dog looks SO innocent, I love it.
Welcome back to blogging. Looks like training is going well. Can’t wait to see updates now that NYCM training plan starts.
Oh yay! I forgot you were doing Dumbo! Seriously cute pic of Madison!!
