Monday – Swim (250m freestyle, 250m kicking, 250m arms only, 250m freestyle, 250m alternating) and 1 hour Fitness Runs workout (run w/ drills)
Tuesday – 30 minutes stationary bike, 20 minute walk
Wednesday – 75 minute yoga class
Thursday – rest day
Friday – drive to & walking around DC!
Saturday – Yoga on The Mall & LOTS of walking around DC
Sunday – Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Run & bike tour of DC
Weekly Mileage – 13 miles
2014 Mileage – 176 miles
What an amazing weekend we had in DC, I can’t wait to tell you all about it! We saw so many of the sites, ran a great race and I got to see lots of old and new running friends!

I would love to run the Cherry Blossom 10 mile race some day. Maybe next year it the lottery is kind to me! Your time in DC looked like so much fun and glad you met up with Christine and Jamie! Yoga on the mall looked awesome with the backdrop!
