This week I spent some time recapping my recent Disney Cruise and finally getting back on track with running and workouts!

RECAP (2/16-2/23)

Sunday – none

Monday – 45 minutes elliptical

Tuesday – 4 mile run and 2 mile walk (with incline)

Wednesday – 45 minutes elliptical

Thursday – 3 mile run and 30 minutes elliptical

Friday –  none

Saturday – 8 mile run and 20 minutes elliptical

Sunday – 3 mile run

Weekly Mileage – 18 miles

2014 Mileage – 89 miles 

OVERALL

I think this is the first week I’ve gotten in a regular schedule of workouts since Dopey!  Between the weather and vacation it’s definitely been tough, but it felt good to get in a few decent runs!

NEXT WEEK

Hoping to continue with a solid week of running as well as getting to yoga a couple of times.  I’m also reassessing my race calendar for the spring since it doesn’t look like I’ll be ready for the PR attempt I had hoped for at my half marathon this March.

    • Same, I’m actually considering the NYCRuns Verrazano Festival of Races on April 27h. It’s the same course as the Chanukkah Chalf I did with them and it was straight and flat along the water, I liked it.
