Tuesday – rest day / lots of stretching & icing my foot
Wednesday – 3 miles (Dopey Day 1)
Thursday – 6 miles (Dopey Day 2)
Friday – 9 miles (Dopey Day 3)
Saturday – 18 miles (Dopey Day 4)
Met some friends in the city for our long run and then went to see the tree!
Yoga – none

OVERALL
This week I did a simulated “Dopey” and ran back-to-back-to-back-to-back 3, 6, 9, & 18 mile runs. It went really well and I’m pretty sure this is my highest mileage week ever!

NEXT WEEK (12/9-12/15)
This is a cut back & recovery week. I’ll get in a few shorter runs and do plenty of stretching and foam rolling!

Wow, you are ready for Dopey! The cut back weeks are my favorites now! .I have a simulated Dopey coming up just before Christmas and then taper time! Looking forward to meeting your mom during WDW marathon weekend!

I went to see the tree yesterday before putting up my own tree! One of my favorite things about NYC 🙂
I’m seeing the tree on Thursday and Friday, can’t beat NYC at Christmas!
