Monday – rest day, taught 1 hour yoga & foam rolling
Tuesday – 3 mile run
Wednesday – rest, stretching & foam rolling
Thursday – rest, stretching & foam rolling
Friday – MCM Expo
Saturday – 3 miles at the MCM Runner’s bRUNch (great event, recap coming soon!)
Sunday – Marine Corps Marathon!
Full recap coming in a day or two, but this race was such an amazing experience – great course, perfect weather and amazing support from the US Marine Corps!
Yoga – taught 1 hour
Weekly Mileage – 32 miles
2013 Mileage – 665 miles
OVERALL
I have so much to say about my Marine Corps Marathon weekend – I can’t wait to finish up my recaps to share with you!
NEXT WEEK (10/28-11/3)
This week is 100% recovery and will be finished up watching some friends run the New York City Marathon!
