Wednesday – 3 mile run and 30 minutes on the elliptical
Thursday – 90 minute yoga class

Headed up to Kripalu for Yoga for Athlete’s Weekend!
4:15-5:30pm Kripalu vigorous yoga class
7:30-9pm Yoga for Athlete’s Introduction
6:30-8am Kripalu moderate yoga class and meditation
9:30am-12:30pm Yoga for Athlete’s session I
2:45-4:45pm Yoga for Athlete’s session II
Sunday
9:30-11:30am Yoga for Athlete’s
Yoga/ Stretching – A LOT!

Overall – Definitely a busy week between working a few nights and starting classes. I definitely think I need to come up with a bit more of a plan as far as my workouts go each week so I’m a bit more organized as far as getting in runs and going to yoga. I can’t wait to tell you all about my Yoga for Athlete’s weekend at Kripalu! What a great experience and I learned so much (and ate lots of good food!).

DEFINITELY need to get more running in! I also need to get to the yoga studio and finish up my class assists so I can officially get my RYT certificate.
