Weekly Training Recap and Goals

RECAP (11/21-27)

Monday – Rest Day

Tuesday – 3 mile run

Wednesday – Off

Thursday – 3 mile run and 3 mile walk

Friday – 2 mile run and 60 minute boot camp style fitness class

Saturday – does working a 17 hour day on my feet count?

Sunday – 1 hour massage, definitely not a workout but it was much needed!

Overall – between Thanksgiving and a busy week at work I didn’t get in as many runs as I would have liked, but the bootcamp class was great and I’m glad I got out for a run AND a walk on Thanksgiving day!

GOALS (11/28-12/4)

Hydration!  I really need to work on drinking more water.  I find that during the day at work I get busy and I just don’t think about it.  It’s important to make sure my body is properly hydrated heading into my long runs and upcoming marathon.  This week I’d like to be conscious of how much water I drink and learn a bit more about the importance of staying hydrated.
