Weekly Training Recap

In case you missed it, I posted a quick update on the New York City Marathon this morning – really just to THANK YOU for all of your support both on my actual run and my fundraising for North Shore Animal League!

RECAP (10/27-11/2)

Monday – rest day

Tuesday – 3 miles (Marathon Sports Mashpee run club)

Wednesday – foam rolling & stretching

Thursday –  foam rolling & stretching

Friday – none (drive to New York)

Saturday – New York City Marathon Expo & Team Animal League Luncheon

    • Haha, yup! I love Wine & Dine so even once I knew I was doing NYCM I couldn’t resist – it was my first race EVER in 2011 so I feel like it’s an anniversary celebration!

      And I never really run Disney races for time, so I’ll definitely be taking it easy!
