Yoga – 3 classes and prepare for the next class I’m teaching!
Aw that is so sweet that you gave The Velveteen Rabbit to your friend’s baby. What a sweet tradition to pass on. Great week of workouts! I want to get into yoga so bad! My tight running hips are begging for it!
Thanks! I found the one her mom had gave me a few months ago when I was cleaning and I immediately knew it would be the perfect baby gift!
If it’s hard to get to an actual yoga class there are some great online or even on demand options. You may have read it here before, but my favorite are Sage Rountree’s Yoga for Athlete’s on YogaVibes.com, there are even short 15-20 minute “classes” that are really easy to get started with. Good Luck and let me know if you have any questions I can help with!
Envying your training! Last week was a total bust for me. I spent a few days babysitting my niece and nephew. Meant to get in a few runs…didn’t happen. At least I took the kids for LOTS of walks and managed to try aqua jogging for the first time. Here’s to next week!
