RECAP (4/15-4/21)
Monday – 60 minutes yoga
Tuesday – 4.09 mile run (#BostonStrong)
Wednesday – rest day
Thursday – rest day
Friday – lots of walking in the city
Saturday – 75 minute restorative yoga class, 3 mile run
Sunday – 3 mile run
Yoga – 2.25 hours
Weekly Mileage – 10 miles
RECAP (4/22-4/28)
Monday – 60 minutes yoga
Tuesday – 3 mile run and 30 minutes elliptical
Wednesday – 3 mile run and 30 minutes elliptical
Thursday – 90 minute yoga class
Friday – busy, busy busy…
Saturday – No time again, left the house at 6:30am, got home at 8:30pm…
Sunday – FINALLY a day off with Jason! We haven’t had a day off together in almost a month so I skipped working out to spend all day together since he leaves to travel for work AGAIN tomorrow!

Overall – Such a busy couple of weeks between tests, work and observation hours and I just can’t motivate myself to get up early to run when I don’t have an upcoming race to motivate me! So glad it’s starting to feel like spring!
