RECAP (3/4-3/10)
Monday – 15 hour work day, didn’t get a workout in, but I did watch lots of tennis!
Tuesday – 30 minutes elliptical
Wednesday – 3 mile run and 15 minutes elliptical
Thursday – 90 minute yoga class
Friday – 30 minutes elliptical
Woke up to this:
Apparently winter wasn’t quite ready to give up! Fortunately the rest of the weekend has been 50 degrees so it’s pretty much all melted already!
Saturday – 90 minute yoga class, 3 mile run and 30 minutes elliptical
Sunday – 10 mile run and 30 minutes elliptical
Yoga – 3 hours
Weekly Mileage – 16 miles
Monthly Mileage – 29 miles
2013 Mileage – 148 miles
Overall – Got in my long run and went to yoga twice, but didn’t get to bootcamp. Oh well, two out of three goals for the week isn’t bad!
NEXT WEEK (3/11-3/17)
Keeping my goals pretty much the same as last week:
Running – I’d like to get in a speed work session and a long run
Yoga – minimum 2 classes
Bootcamp – I’d like to get to one this week

Hope the tennis didn’t bother your elbow! Also sounds like your feeling much better.
I’m no physical therapist yet, but I think it’s pretty hard to get tennis elbow just watching : )
