Overall – Glad that I got in a lot of workouts this week (including a new bootcamp class!), but still really lacking on the running milage – I blame Nemo for it this week. I was planning on a longer run this weekend, but obviously the weather had other plans!
NEXT WEEK (2/11-2/17)
Loved bootcamp and definitely planning on going back this week! This week will be 1 month since Goofy and I just registered for the NYC 13.1 on March 23rd, so definitely time to get my butt back in gear and running more! I’ve been bugging a friend with questions about speed work (thanks Pat!) and I have some ideas to get started, so hopefully we’ll be seeing my first speed work session this week too!
Good luck with your 1/2! I might have to look into this one for next year since it’d be impossible to find one that’s more convenient for me than this.
Let me know if you want random strangers (Doug and I) to be a cheering section! This is practically our turf.
Yes, you should totally look into doing this one, it’s easy to get to and has the Disney World’s Fair connection : ) (secret ways to incorporate Disney in to a non-Disney race!). If you guys are around that weekend and want to come over let me know, I’d love to meet you!
This is an excellent point! You’ll have to play the theme from the Carousel of Progress in honor of running through its “birth place.”
