Weekly Training Recap and Goals

RECAP (7/23-29)

Monday –  90 minutes Yoga on the Beach and 3 mile easy run

Beach Warrior!

Tuesday –  rest day

Wednesday – 90 minutes Yoga on the Beach and 1 hour SUP’ing

Thursday –  lazy day (I can’t even call this a “rest day” it was totally me being lazy!)

Friday –  3 mile run

Saturday –  30 minutes with my sister’s personal trainer and 1 hour Zumba class

Today’s discovery – I am TERRIBLE at Zumba!

Sunday – took today as a rest day since my legs were sore from yesterday!

Overall –  Slacked a bit (ok, a lot) on runs this week…oops!  Overall I’m really happy with July though…I got back on a decent running schedule and have been blogging a bit more regularly.  Sad that vacation is over and we’re back in New York : (  But totally excited to watch A LOT of Olympics!

NEXT WEEK (7/30-8/5)

Definitely need to get in a long run this weekend – this week is one month until the Disneyland Half Marathon!  SOOOO excited to visit Disneyland for the first time!  Really hoping the next few weeks at work go by quickly…
