Weekly Training Recap and Goals

RECAP (2/13-2/19)

Monday – none

Tuesday – 2 mile run and 60 minutes elliptical

Valentine's Day Socks!

Wednesday – none

Thursday – long day at work

Friday – long day at work

Saturday – 8 mile run, 2.5 mile walk and 30 minutes elliptical

Sunday – long day at work

Overall – definitely not as many workouts as I’d have liked this week but it’s hard when I’m working late so many nights.  Glad I got in a long run on Saturday since I have the NYC 13.1 half marathon coming up in a month!  I also registered for the Disneyland Half Marathon and 5k which are at the beginning of September, I’ve never been to Disneyland so I’m really looking forward to it!

NEXT WEEK (2/20-2/27)

I only have to work late 2 nights this week so I’m hoping I’ll get in a few good workouts and maybe have some time to start thinking about some of my other goals I’d like to start working on – although unfortunately I think those may end up waiting until summer when I’m not as busy at work.
