Tuesday – 45 minutes elliptical
Wednesday – 30 minutes elliptical
Thursday – long work day
Friday – long work day
Saturday – 3.5 mile run and 45 minutes elliptical
Sunday – 30 minute elliptical
Overall – workouts 5 out of 7 days isn’t too bad for me! I tried on the Brooks PureConnect sneakers and I’m sad to report I didn’t like them at all! I’m still on a hunt for a new pair of sneakers, I’ll probably just end up getting a new pair of my Mizuno Wave Creations.
NEXT WEEK (2/13-2/19)
Hoping to keep up the steady workouts during my busy work season and hopefully starting a new non-work project that would be perfect for for my “volunteer more” goal!
