RECAP (12/19-12/25)

Monday – 45 minutes of ice skating at my work’s holiday party!

Ice Skating at Bryant Park

Tuesday – 60 minutes elliptical

Wednesday – 3 mile run

Thursday – none (long work day)

Friday – none (long work day)

Saturday – 3 mile run

Overall – For such a busy week I’m pretty happy with the workouts I got in, just two weeks until the marathon!

NEXT WEEK (12/26-1/1)

Get Ready for the Marathon! – focus on rolling, stretching, hydrating, nutrition and start making a packing list!

FitBit – I got a FitBit for Christmas and I can’t wait to start using it and see how much I walk each day!  I’m especially interested in how much I walk during my “long days” at work because I am on my feet for the majority of a 15 hour day.

New Years Day – I’ll be in Philadelphia for work on New Year’s day, but I’d still like to start off the year right and get out for a run!  Here’s a hint to what I’ll be doing in Philly:
