Well, in just a few days Jason and I will be headed to Florida for Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend!
I’m excited because it’s always one of my favorite weekends of the year, but I have to be honest, I am VERY nervous about the races. My knee really has not been cooperating and I was barely able to make it through a 6 mile run yesterday so I’m not really sure what’s going to happen. For now I’m committing to rest, ice and foam rolling and fingers crossed I’ll be up for the Goofy Challenge!
