Weekly Training Recap

Well I have clearly been REALLY slacking on posting these training recaps, so this one covers the last MONTH!

The good thing is there are 3 races spread over that time, so if you missed any of those recaps the links are right here in my training log!

This Week

I’m really hoping to get back to doing some yoga this week!  The past few months have been so focused on running and marathon training that yoga has sort of fallen off my schedule and I think my body really needs it!

I’m starting to work on my Holiday Gift Guide…

What are you wishing for this holiday season?

  1. I’ll be running my first marathon in May, and I REALLY want an Orange Mud hydraquiver double barrel for my long runs. I’m just having a hard time with the $120 price tag…

  2. I have not begun to think of making a Christmas list yet, but I did pick two angels off the angel tree at the mall today. I also mailed a Christmas gift to a friend in the UK, so I am getting into the season. We have not posted weekly recaps in a long time either.

Leave a Thought!
