RECAP (6/2-6/8)

Monday – 5 mile run & 75 minute yoga class

Tuesday – 1000 meter swim & 30 minutes stationary bike

Wednesday – 3 mile run & 30 minutes elliptical

Thursday – 3 mile run

Jason was in LA for work and ended up with an unexpected day off, so guess where he ended up…

Jason’s Day at Disneyland!

Sooooo jealous!  But he sent lots of pictures so I was able to live vicariously through him, plus it made me even more excited for our trip out there for the Dumbo Double Dare in August!

Friday – rest day

Saturday – Runner’s World Heartbreak Hill 10k & walked all over Boston!

Weekly Mileage – 17 miles

2014 Mileage – 255 miles 

OVERALL

I decided to go up to Boston and run the Heartbreak Hill 10k pretty last minute since Jason was going to be out of town over the weekend for work.  The race was incredibly hot, humid and hilly, but I’m glad I did it, it gave me a good idea of my current fitness level since I haven’t been running that much and I had a great weekend in Boston – recap coming soon!
