RECAP (5/20-5/26)

Monday – PT Observation / taught 1 hour yoga class

Tuesday – 90 minute yoga class

Wednesday – PT Observation / MIGRAINE!

Thursday – 3 mile run / PT Observation / work Rangers game

Friday2 Year Runniversary! 5 mile run and 30 minutes elliptical

Running in the Rain

Got caught in a total downpour!

Saturday –  75 minute restorative yoga class

Yoga – 3 hours, taught 1 hour

Weekly Mileage –  13 miles

2013 Mileage – 273 miles

NEXT WEEK (5/27-6/2)

My summer classes start this week so I’ll have to re-arrange my workout schedule a little since I won’t be able to make it to my usual yoga classes.

Running – My training plan for Dumbo and Marine Corp starts the end of this week!

Yoga – 2 or 3 classes depending on my new class schedule and weekend plans

  2. Thank goodness you haven’t started your official Dumbo training! I feel soooo far behind because I was trying to start 2 weeks ago and I’ve only done a couple of runs since!

    And yeah, the weather here has been crazy! Impressed you were able to get your runs in 🙂
