Monday – rest day
Tuesday – 60 minute yoga class and 5 mile run (3mi AB, 2mi MSD)
Wednesday – 90 minute yoga class
Thursday – 90 minute yoga class and 3 mile run
Friday – 6.5 mile run
Saturday – 2 mile LLS Light the Night Walk
Sunday – 13 mile run (6.5 miles AM and 6.5 miles PM)
Yoga – 4 hours
Weekly Mileage – 27.5 miles
Monthly Mileage – 50 miles
2012 Mileage – 465 miles
Overall – Yeah, I got in over 25 miles of running! I modified my original half “Dopey” plan and gave myself a rest day on Saturday since my legs are feeling a bit overworked with all the yoga and the increased mileage. I’d rather modify my training plan than risk an injury!

What does AB and MSD stand for?
Aerobic Base and Motor Skills Development…they’re from a heart rate based training plan I’ve been trying. Aerobic Base is like a slow training run and Motor Skills Development is basically interval training…not totally sure I’m sold on the plan yet…
