Weekly Training Recap and Goals

RECAP (9/3-9/9)

Monday –  Disneyland & Half Marathon recovery

Tuesday – More Disneyland!

Happy Birthday Christina!

Wednesday – Disneyland and fly home

Thursday – day off (SO tired from traveling home!)

Friday – 30 minute AB run

Saturday – 30 minute AB run and 60 minutes of yoga

Yoga at Erin’s Bachelorette Party!

Sunday – New York Rangers Dog Walk Fundraiser

Overall – Sloooooow running / workout week!  Between travling, recovering from the half marathon, having to go to a bachelorette party and an early morning work event it just wasn’t happening.  Oh well, not too worried about it coming off a surprise half marathon PR!

NEXT WEEK (9/10-9/16)

Time to get back on track and start training for Goofy!  I’ve written myself out a training plan on a calendar that takes me from the Disneyland half marathon through Goofy in January.
