Monday – 4 mile run and Day 2 of the Run to the Finish Ab Challenge
Tuesday – 5 mile run – Day 1 of the Goofy Race and a Half Challenge Training Plan!
Wednesday – 1 hour yoga class, Ab Challenge Day 3
Thursday – 3 mile run, Ab Challenge Day 5
Friday – 30 minutes, Ab Challenge Day 6
Saturday – rest day
Sunday – 3 mile run
Overall – Yeah, finally a good consistent week of running and workouts! Now that the training plan for the Goofy Challenge has started I have something to keep me on track with my running.
NEXT WEEK (7/9-15)
We’re spending the next THREE WEEKS on Cape Cod for some much needed vacation time! I brought all my running and workout gear so I’m ready to go and I’m really looking forward to the change of scenery on my runs. We also just got our new Stand-Up Paddle Boards!
SUP is definitely going to be my cross training for the next few weeks – I’m even hoping to take a local SUP Yoga class!
